INORE is a network organization and it is the members – the INOREans – represent the assets. INOREans are all working to get offshore renewable energy one step closer to reality. For INORE the quality is more important than the number of members.
To facilitate the discussions and to create the needed arenas the INOREans have elected a steering committee. A new steering committee is elected by the INOReans at every annual symposium. Details of the current steering committee can be found in the Contact Us section.
The outgoing committee will continue to play an active role in providing guidance and support while the new members come up to speed. Their determination and drive have really made INORE what it is today, and the new committee wish to extend their gratitude for all their hard work. Alas, however, they are relegated to the History section.
Norwegian Centre For Renewable Energy (NTNU-SINTEF-IFE) is supporting INORE with administration capacity and have made this website possible through economical support. INORE is very greatful for their dedication to build competence within offshore renewable energy and their international visions.
On this website every early stage researcher working on issues related to offshore renewable energy may register to become a member - an INOREan. The website is fully driven by the members who all have the opportunuty to write in news, events, update their profil, discuss on the forum, upload documents to the library etc.
INORE want to communicate with others than INOREans, therefore everybody can register as user of the INORE website. Registered users may receive news, discuss on the forum, comment on news and update their profile.
