- A 100 MW offshore floating wind farm (WindFloat) and a 100 MW wave energy converter farm (Pelamis) are modelled in the Pilot Zone in Portugal. Cost break-downs of the offshore renewable farms were obtained through disaggregation of each project phases into item`s level. The CAPEX of two farms were estimated and analyzed the distribution to the phases. PM (scheduling, sequence, resource allocation) of the WindFloat farm was achieved. Supply chain and value chain analysis of two reference farms were obtained through making interviews with Portuguese entities and an input-output matrix model. In conclusion, the output of the study was to understand what the Portuguese supply chain capability is in Offshore Renewable Energy sector and also to predict what the economic impact of installing an offshore renewable farm could be to national economy (GVA and Employment Analysis).
