The 3rd Annual New England Marine Renewable Energy Center Technical Conference took place in Cambridge, MA on the 7-8th of November. Of the approximately 60 presenters, 20 of the presenters were students (and 11 of them were already INORE members). On the first night of the conference, INORE organized a social event at the nearby Cambridge Brewing Company. About 15 or so people joined us, and we were able to relax and unwind after a long day at the conference.
Additionally, the next day, INORE Steering Committee Member, Alana Duerr, was able to give a short presentation about INORE, encouraging the participation of the students and industry leaders to be involved with INORE.
